In Love with Espresso Coffee

I fell in love with espresso coffee many months ago when I was first introduced to gourmet coffee by my brother.  And since then, I had always looked for coffee places that  have the espresso machine .  I really do admire the way the barista was able to transform espresso beans into a cup of delicious coffee and had always wished that I could learn how.  

The chance came when my brother bought his first espresso machine. I could be seen at his home almost every weekend, making 2 cups of espresso for both of us.  Occasionally, my brother would invite his friends over for coffee and I would happily play barista. I had been surfing the internet for more tips and advice on espresso making and I think I am getting better.  

Our boss is also a gourmet coffee lover and one day he thought it would be a great idea to get an espresso machine for our office. These days I look forward to going to work very much.  In fact, I had been reaching office much earlier than I had ever been since I first started 6 years ago. The reason is very simple. I am in love with our company’s new espresso machine!  

My daily routine these days when I reach my workplace is to put my bags down and switch on my computer.  I don’t even sit down at my desk.  I would then walk into our pantry and proceed to make myself a cup of coffee.  

The smell from the freshly brewed coffee never fails to make me smile in appreciation.  I would then sit down and enjoy it as my colleagues start coming into the office. And the smell from my cup would always bring them in the pantry and before you know it, they were making cups of their own too.
